About Richard Buckley, Partner
Richard is a partner of McLaughlin & Riordan.
Admitted in 1972, Richard has been providing legal services to the people of NSW in excess of 30 years.
In 1998 Richard was an Acting Judge of the District Court of NSW and is a Law Society of NSW accredited personal injury speciaist.
Richard's main areas of expertise are:
- Litigation, including claims of negligence (Negligence Law) against a third party;
- Insurance claims.
