Nikki Whiting joined McLaughlin & Riordan in 2009.
Nikki was initially admitted as a solicitor in South Africa in 1992 and thereafter in Australia in 2002. With over 17 years of legal experience she has practised in diverse areas of the law such as public interest, commercial, professional indemnity and human rights. For the past 12 years, she has specialised in the area of complex litigation.
Nikki has also acted for both individuals and public and private organisations, such as insurance companies, financial institutions and government departments.
